What we collect and why
If you join the beta interest list, we collect your first and last name, email, business/company name, main trade, role, service area, phone platform available for testing, and the needs you describe. You may optionally provide your current estimating/job-management tools or method. We also record signup and confirmation times and the version of the notice you accepted. We use this to confirm your address, understand potential participants’ businesses and needs, assess beta fit, and contact you about possible beta participation. Joining does not guarantee admission or provide app access.
Please do not submit customer names, addresses, confidential job details, documents, or other sensitive information. No app password or payment information is requested. We do not use this form to subscribe you to general marketing.
Services used
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores interest entries in its D1 database, and provides Turnstile abuse protection. Resend sends confirmation emails and notifications to our team. Enquiries and notification emails are handled in our Google-hosted business mailbox. These providers process information needed to operate their services, potentially outside your country.
Turnstile and hosting infrastructure process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals to protect the site. Our form uses short-lived keyed identifiers derived from your IP address and email to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the interest database. Provider operational logs may have separate retention periods.
No advertising analytics
We have not added advertising trackers or general product-usage analytics. Anti-abuse services and necessary provider operations are separate from advertising tracking. Website signup is not consent to AI training or to processing your customers’ job documents. Any future beta data practices will be explained before onboarding.
Confirmation and retention
Unconfirmed entries expire after seven days. Confirmed interest expires after one year. Expired entries are excluded from active use and removed during routine database cleanup; cleanup runs when signup requests are processed and may occur later than the expiry time. Email correspondence and provider logs are separate from this database.
Withdraw or request deletion
The confirmation email contains a removal link that lets you delete the active website interest entry. You can also email us to withdraw, correct details, ask what information is held, or request deletion—including related correspondence. Removal from the database does not automatically delete copies already in email systems or backups; such requests are handled separately.
Security and your choices
We use HTTPS, server-side credentials, restricted administrative access, validation and anti-abuse checks. No system can guarantee absolute security. The current-tools field is optional; the other applicant fields help us assess beta fit. Please leave out customer details and sensitive information. You can contact us directly instead of submitting the form.
Future changes
If we materially change the purpose of the interest list, we will update this notice and seek further permission where appropriate. The Ironclad app is still in development; this notice does not authorize future app telemetry or unrelated uses of your information.
